FIAN Sri Lanka conducted an awareness and opinion gathering program on food rights and security for people with special needs & People with disabilities on 28.03.2024 at the Auditorium of All Ceylon Public Management Assistant Officers Association, Colombo. 25 officers and members of 14 organizations participated in the program representing people with special needs. In this program retired social service officer H.M. Mr. Jayantha made an speech about “how to join these members of the organizations for social development”. After that, public health inspector Mr. Gemunu Saliya delivered a meaningful lecture on “a poison-free diet for a healthy life and matters to be followed in providing food to people and children with special needs”. Officials of FIAN Sri Lanka also participated in it.
