FIAN Sri Lanka and the National Preschool Development Foundation worked together to organize a series of successful workshops on “Food Security and Nutrition” for preschool teachers with the aim of creating a basic foundation and healthy children for a healthy future generation. Accordingly, the first step was held for pre-school teachers in the Western Province.

Pre-school teachers representing Sinhala-Tamil-Muslim nationalities in 15 districts of 07 Western, Southern, Uva, Sabaragamuwa, Central, Northern and Eastern provinces participated in the series of training workshops.
